FOREST MANAGEMENT

CTI manages forest land in eastern New York State, northern New Jersey and north eastern Pennsylvania. We either enrol the property into State Forest Plans such as the 480A Tax Law in NY or we discuss the needs with the landowner and will develop a plan for the timber harvest, wildlife management, recreation or any other need. We use state of the art equipment for harvesting and are able, due to our international markets, to pay premium prices.

Our goal during harvest operation is to improve the quality of our customers timber land combined with environmentally sound harvests. Through selecting and harvesting the mature timber in a combination with cutting low valued species and trees, we can guarantee the highest possible return on the landowners investment today and in the future.
